The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar spokesman for the judiciary, in a statement received / Baghdadi News / copy of it, he "decided to terminate one of the judges of the judicial work services", and attributed that "to prove incompetence to continue the judicial service."
Bayraktar said that "the original judge committed the acts and actions that do not coalesce and the honor and dignity of the judiciary," pointing out that "the decision comes in implementation of the Republican Decree No. 8 for the year 2015 based on the provisions of Article 58 / III and in terms of Article 7 / First Judicial Organization No. 160 Act of 1979". 21 / b
