Twilight News / Federal judiciary announced on Sunday that the Supreme Judicial Council decided to change the 78 sites a judge and member of the claim in line with the development of the movement, while the open space for lawyers and jurists to apply for the preparation course organized by the judges.
The spokesman for the federal judiciary Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar in a statement responded to Twilight News, said that "the Supreme Judicial Council decided at its extraordinary meeting held on 17 this month, the inclusion of lawyers and jurists cycle number of judges organized by the Judicial Development Institute associated with the judiciary Federal."
Bayraktar said that "the field may make way for these segments who meet the requirements of Article (36/3 / a) of the Judicial Organization Law No. (160) for the year 1979 to participate in the competency exam to enter into the second session held by the Institute."
In another matter, Bayrakdar revealed that "about 78 sites change a judge and member of the claim and bring in new elements in their place," adding that "this is in line with the development movement."
Bayrakdar and added that he "was distributed (122) as a judge and member of claim year who was recently discharged from the Judicial Development Institute and the Judicial Institute, according to the new strategy drawn by the judiciary to develop and rounded to the citizen."
