Deputy Prime Minister Bahaa al-Araji, on Wednesday, to continue to work within the government and the political blocs to restructure and re-commissioning of independent bodies form in which they can exercise their constitutional role for the benefit of Iraq, while explained that the quota system would not be a substitute for professional integrity.
