Oil Minister: We seek to achieve a true partnership with the provincial councils

Stressed Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, Saturday, on the need to approve oil and gas law, among the ministry is seeking to achieve a true partnership between the provincial councils and the ministry itself.
