Iraqi defense minister vows and director of the budget is not to be repeated

Ezzat and the Ministry of Defence, on Sunday, the reasons for the delay paying salaries to its employees, to the table receiving salaries from the financial ministry, as Minister Khaled al-Obeidi has vowed to hold accountable all of the short performance of his duty, the ministry confirmed the closet that this situation is not repeated in the coming months.
According to a ministry statement received (news) a copy of the 'Defense Minister Khaled al-Obeidi visited, on Sunday, the budget and programs directorate and was greeted by General Manager of the budget and programs in the ministry and asked him about the reason for delay payment of salaries of employees of the ministry.'
He attributed the budget and program director of the delay to the 'table prepared by the Ministry of Finance to receive salaries from the Ministries of State and the date of our ministry in the last days of the month', stressing that 'Directorate trying that this situation is not repeated in the coming months.'
The statement said, 'the defense minister briefed during his visit to the workflow and procedures for the Department of Budget and Programs and met with staff and urged them to exert more effort in order to ease the burden on reviewers and especially the families of the martyrs and the wounded.'
The Minister of Defense, according to the statement, the 'hold all negligent performance of duty in order to give a true picture of the ministry, which is working hard to serve the citizens'.
