{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said that the absence of a law on oil and gas is the main reason for the current crisis in the country.
Abdul-Mahdi said during his participation in the forum in Sulaimaniya, "there must be a law establishing the relationship between the province and the central government and the provinces and the central government to get rid of random personal interpretations, and high and low level of demands on each side."
"The current crisis is the legacy of the last phase of the lack of agreement on how to manage the oil sector and aspire to reset crises and the completion of the problems through the law of oil and gas is to be the legal reference for each variation gets on the oil sector.
