Zebari looms to withdraw if Baghdad should not send dues to Arbil from budget

Twilight News/Board of Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari Monday, he would not stay one day in Baghdad be reached to conviction that the Federal Government is deliberately not send dues to Kurdistan.
Zebari said in an interview on the sidelines of a meeting of the International Monetary Fund, the agreement between Baghdad and Erbil passes through many difficulties, but he still held fast.
The oil agreement between Arbil and Baghdad signed by the parties in the current Government was formed last year to Erbil to export 250,000 barrels of oil and 300,000 barrels of Kirkuk a day to account for Iraq's oil Ministry to send share the territory of Iraqi public budget and 17 percent of the total, but the two sides still accuse each other of failing to comply fully with the agreement.
