The decline in the price of each of US crude and Brent dramatically this month as a result of the high dollar and the concern of an oversupply of oil.
US crude fell to $ 43.57, its lowest level since March 2009, while Brent fell to $ 53.34 in early trading.
Oil began to decline after the International Energy Agency, which advises industrialized nations on energy from the oversupply in the world oil markets is increasing and that the United States may soon have warned will not find an empty storage tanks of crude.
