Al-Bayati: the budget law would go and performs all of its paragraphs despite the objections of the government because the situation does not allow for replay

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: MP from the coalition of state law Abbas al-Bayati, on Tuesday, that challenged the government some of the paragraphs of the budget sound, indicating that the Parliament has introduced some of the titles which otherwise Constitution, as pointed out that the budget law would go and performs all of its paragraphs despite the objections of the government because the situation does not allows for replay.
Bayati said for "tomorrow Press", "The challenge was based on the government in the budget law on some paragraphs, considering that Parliament has three constitutional rights are transfers and the proposal to increase the total amount or the reduction of the total amount."
He noted that "Parliament and the development of new titles means that he introduced in the budget and the government does not accept it because it is unlike the Constitution," pointing out that "some of the transfers have affected negatively on the rest of the ministries and preparations."
Al-Bayati said that "the budget bill will go and performs all of its paragraphs despite the objections of the government because the situation is not allowed to bring it back."
The central government has filed an appeal to the Federal Court on the financial budget bill, the House of Representatives after the addition of 19 articles, without her knowledge.
