He praised "the efforts of the agency, not only in Iraq, but all over the world, especially countries that need work agency," stressing "his quest to make efforts to accelerate the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the agency Turkish development in order to implement a number of projects in Iraq, particularly in the areas of training capacity development and other development projects in various fields. "
He explained that "the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the two sides are subject to a number of measures in a parliamentary democracy in which responsibilities are distributed according to the authorities, such as Iraq," noting that "the delay imposed due to technical reasons."
He continued, "We hope to sign a memorandum of understanding between the two sides over the next few time, especially as the sign in the interest of the two neighboring countries."
