Parliamentary regions critical claim some ministries postpone decentralization

BAGHDAD / ... criticized the district committee member of the parliamentary and provincial Mohamed Osman, on Friday, demanding the postponement of some ministries to decentralization in 2017.
Osman said in a statement the "eye Iraq News" that "some ministers asylum postpone decentralization to 2017 and this decision is not true," noting that "the Iraqis and even the biggest countries in the world the United States, Britain, France and Almalinaa used decentralized system which is taking advantage of it."
He added that "we have tried in the past the central authority and do not want to try this again," and urged the government to reject the postponement decision and allow the Iraqis to exercise that power, because the participation of everyone in power Stnnj building of a new Iraq
