I got "Qurtas News," a copy of the one issued by the leaders of the organization Daash statement, in which elements of the organization is Balthaa for withdrawal from Iraq.
The statement that "after the increase in the number of volunteers in the army and militias, Safavid, and we lost a lot of fighters and leaders and princes, the face of the caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi all Mujahideen and princes to prepare for withdrawal out of Iraq, and according to the plan that will be sent to you with an emphasis on bringing all the spoils."
Also included "the princes and leaders to implement the ruling on the death of all of delayed or are reluctant to carry out orders."
