BAGHDAD
Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, constantly talks with the Kurdistan region on agreement between Arbil and Baghdad oil agreement, and the expected arrival of Iraq's exports during the current month to three million barrels per day.
Adel Abdul-Mahdi said that "our discussions with the Kurdistan Regional ongoing well on the oil agreement and there are some problems and interpretations, but both parties to proceed with a serious implementation of the Agreement," stressing "Our goal is to agree has come a long way in it."
The Convention provides for the establishment of the Kurdistan Regional Government to export 550 thousand barrels of oil fields under the supervision of the Iraqi SOMO for the marketing of oil, as opposed to send Baghdad, the region's share deducted from the budget in 2014.
Abdul-Mahdi said that "the Iraqi oil exports on the rise and there are great efforts in this aspect is expected that exports up during the current month of March to three million barrels," but he pointed out that "oil prices remain between the landing and the rise". | ST |
