Abadi:'re going to increase our production of oil and the search for additional revenue

Stressed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi , Sunday, that his past to increase oil production as well as search for additional revenue in other sectors, as he pointed to the keenness of Iraq to solve the obstacles that stand in the way companies, especially oil.

He said, "There are many challenges currently experienced by Iraq, including with regard to the economic and financial side as a result of lower oil prices, therefore, the government is moving to increase its oil production as well as search for additional revenue in other sectors."

The Lukoil company, confirmed on Sunday (22 March 2015), its commitment to the oil contracts and plans for the development of oil production in Iraq, denying the statements attributed to them about reducing their investments in the West Qurna 2 field project.
