Two experts call for the reform of state-owned enterprises

Jawad resorting to privatization promised an essential part of the reform programs and to address poor performance and keep pace with the fact that many government projects are a burden on the state budget, which creates motivation and justification to privatization in order to adapt the public sector with contemporary changes and expansion of private sector activity, indicating that the application of the principle of privatization achieves efficiency of the national economic performance is accompanied by an increase in government revenue and reduce the deficit in the state budget, as well as the development of local financial markets and stimulate activity not to mention the efficiency and profitability of creativity and freedom of movement.
