Legal representative: Federal Court is still working according to the law of Bremer

Revealed the Legal Committee member Hamdiya Husseini, said on Monday that the Federal Court operates according to Bremer's law, which is not consistent with the requirements of the current phase taking place in Iraq in the current period.
Husseini said in an interview with "The trend Press" confirmed that the Presidency of the Council of Representatives tried at the beginning of their work to solve all the problems encountered in passing this law, through the formation of a sub-committee to follow up the pass a blocking law since the previous parliamentary session and managed to end the first reading and display it for the second reading.
She said the previous government sent to Parliament a draft law, which has been unable political blocs passed because of disagreements on some of its clauses, indicating lack of powers with the judiciary opposed according to its current form.
