Parliamentary Finance: non-payment of Nineveh share of the budget breach of the Constitution

Finance Committee considered in the House of Representatives, on Monday, that the non-payment of Nineveh province's share of the public budget for the current 2015 breach of the Constitution.
A member of the committee MP Ahmed Sarhan, told / information /, the "stop payment of Nineveh province of the general budget for 2015, considered as a violation of the constitution", calling for "the implementation of the provisions of the budget law."
Ahmed added that "the lack of implementation of the budget is a mistake by the Cabinet, and non-payment of the amounts of points accrued is a violation of the budget law," noting that "this breach constitutes a crime in the Iraqi Penal Code, because the law must be implemented, like any other law."
Referred to the Nineveh provincial council member Hiam inspiration, unveiled earlier Monday, for the issuance of the Ministry of Finance instructed not to grant the province of Nineveh budget until freed completely from the control elements of the "Daash" criminal. Finished
