Abdul Majid explained that the granting of licenses under formation and registration will be by sending a specialist delegation from the General Directorate for Industrial Development of reference variety to the province concerned in addition to granting complete incorporation after ending procedures and obtaining regulatory approvals, noting that the Directorate began applying the mechanism advertised in the province of Diwaniyah what ails preservation of high Mahromep mentioned as well as the industrial reality deteriorating and high unemployment rates there.
