MP: quotas in independent bodies official killed for "democracy."

BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))
Deputy called for the national coalition, on Friday, the political blocs to keep independent bodies from quotas party, adding that the introduction of independent bodies in the quota system will serve as an official murder of democracy and to legitimize to cover corruption.
He Katm Shammari said in a statement received ((eighth day)), a copy of it from him that "independent bodies should be working in harmony with its name and described independent, away from the pressures or partisanship and Almkoonatih if we want to build a suitable ground and the right of the democratic process in the country."
"The introduction of independent bodies, especially the Integrity Commission, the quota system, will be a formal murder of democracy and to legitimize to cover corruption and nepotism Almkoonatih on public and national interest expense."
He stressed "the need to keep independent bodies on the principle of quotas, which have become the norm and the title of the political process in Iraq, the importance and sensitivity and being mainly in the construction of the democratic experiment and state institutions in the new Iraq."
He asked al-Shammari, "How can a network of independent bodies of the Iraqi media or the Integrity Commission or accountability and justice that are full part in defaulting accounting or adopt national ideas in a professional manner if that body were not liberated from the control of the party or component".
