President of Republic Fouad Massoum, Sunday, to convene an International Conference to support the provinces affected by the regulation as "daash" stressed the need for the perpetrators of crimes and violations in Iraq whatever they are.
Masoom said in a speech delivered on his behalf by Amir Al-kinani in addressing civil rights Conference in unstable regions in Iraq and his disciple/information/, "it is necessary an international conference under the auspices of the Iraqi State to support the provinces affected by the" terrorist organization daash, stressing the need to "respect the Iraqi Government administrative decentralization."
Infallible claimed the judiciary to "prosecute any crimes to justice", stressing that "Iraq to join international conventions and treaties."
