President of the Republic confirms its support of the Turkmen

BAGHDAD - morning,
new President Jalal Talabani full support of the Turkmen in achieving their legitimate demands stolen by the dictatorial regime and deprived them of the exercise of their rights a deeply steeped in Iraq.
This came during his meeting yesterday with a delegation of the Turkmen Front, headed by Arshad Salhi.

On the relations between Turkmen and Kurds in Kirkuk, Talabani said, "These relations date back to ancient history and participated Turkmen Kurds in good times and bad times," pointing out that the Kurdish leadership was pursuing a policy designed to deepen and consolidate these relations to serve the citizens of the city of all, affirming at the same time the need for uniformity among the Turkmen and the establishment of good relations with everyone, especially with the Kurdish bloc. For their part, delegates said: "President Talabani was still plays a pivotal role in resolving the thorny issues in Kirkuk and other areas." The delegation proposed the formation of a Coordination Committee to resolve all outstanding issues, as well as the formation of another committee at the level of parliament and ministries.
