House of Representatives postponed on Monday its half-hour for the visit of the Secretary General of the United Nations to parliament. According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that "the House of Representatives postponed its half an hour after it was scheduled at 11:00 in order to receive Ki-moon." The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today on an official visit and met upon his arrival President Fuad Masum .anthy
