Deputy for the National: quotas and pressures lead a major role in disrupting the political process

Confirmed the National Alliance MP Hashem al-Moussawi said quotas and political pressures disrupted the political process and have a negative role in the functioning of the political machine.

Moussawi said to ((eighth day)) that "quotas and political pressures were present in the previous parliamentary session in a very large and in the current session are also present and practiced a negative role in the political process."

He added that "the current ministries constrained by the political party that is the realization of runs and driven in the direction you are going to want that, not by government legislation and executive authority."

He said al-Moussawi said "the political status quo and the differing views will affect the quality of the political process and the quality and transparency of which disrupt the political process".
