MP: reference parties and the main reason behind the disagreement political blocs on the law

MP for the National Alliance Messenger Radi said that the reference parties are the main reason behind the dispute between the political blocs on the law.
And between Radi told ((eighth day)) that "the law of parties of important laws have been presented to the political blocs and civil society organizations, but there are points of disagreement is the most important terms of reference for those who would be any legal entity or to the Ministry of Justice or any other party."
He added that "if the parties agree on a reference, it is expected to be read law in the House of Representatives a second reading and will then be voted on as soon as possible."
Sources confirmed that the parties law put forward by the House of Representatives for discussion is the same as the Egyptian political parties law in the reign of Hosni Mubarak, which is due referentiality parties to the Department of parties in the Ministry of Interior which rejected the Iraqi parties and the fact that transparency does not give detect each party for what it is and its mechanism of action in addition to making the parties division in the Ministry of Interior reference may resume it the political blocs to learn the secrets of some of them.
The House completed its first reading of the law of parties in the seventh month of January last.
According to paragraphs of the law is aimed at ensuring the freedom of citizens to establish political parties and join them, and while the law give the right of citizens to participate in the establishment of a political party or belonging to him or to withdraw from it, as he may not force anyone to join any political party or force him to continue with it .
