Najib: employees' salaries cost 51 trillion dinars per month and the state treasury is not enough

BAGHDAD
Revealed a member of the Committee on Economy and Investment parliamentary Najiba Najib, on Tuesday, the state employees' salaries and compensation for affected people and a network of social welfare cost the state 51 trillion dinars per month, stressing that the Iraqi government is committed to providing these amounts.
Najib said that "the Iraqi state treasury which is not sufficient amounts, but this does not mean that the government is bankrupt and unable to pay its obligations."
Najib showed that "dependence on oil completely experiment has failed, especially at this stage," pointing out that "at the same time Iraq is being bankrupt has multiple resources can be harnessed to benefit from the financial revenues in addition to the cash balance."
Najib stressed that "state employees and compensation affected by the terrorist attacks salaries and social welfare network cost the state 51 trillion dinars per month". | ST |
