Daash leaders surrender in Tikrit and hours separated from the Declaration fully edited

A security source in the leadership of Salahuddin operations revealed Tuesday that the surrender of a number of leading Daash presidential palaces near the center of Tikrit.
The source said that a number of leading Daash surrendered this morning to the anti-terrorism device near the presidential palaces central Tikrit, indicating that most of the surrendered are foreigners and have different nationalities after they left local fighters and fled outside Salahuddin.
In a related development, the military spokesman confirmed the body the popular crowd Karim al-Nuri, the security forces have tightened the noose on Daash gangs in a specific area in the presidential palaces in Tikrit, stressing that the end of the Battle of Tikrit, will be in the coming hours.
Nouri said "the Iraqi Army Aviation currently holds the task of providing air support for military cuts, and there is no international airline alliance", stressing that "the security forces have tightened the noose on Daash gangs in a specific area in the presidential palaces."
Nouri added that "in the next few hours will curse edit Tikrit fully, having suffered Daash gangs inside the city of Tikrit, a large loss of life and equipment because of the air and artillery bombardment of the center of their headquarters."
He announced the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Haider Abadi last Wednesday to resume editing city of Tikrit Daash gangs process after about ten days to stop within a previously prepared a military plan.
