Demonstration in the Green Zone against the Speaker of Parliament for failure to implement the decision of the Federal Court

The demonstrators expressed surprise at the delay in the work of the Federal Court decision which committed the House of Representatives to return the seat to the province of Maysan after to give to the province of Dhi Qar.
The regulator said pretending youth activist Mohammed Faleh al-Saadi's / Sky Press /: Today youth Maysan province was demanding the return of their electoral right after going without the right to the governor of Dhi Qar, as well as to remind the Presidency of the Council of Representatives binding federal court decisions, which issued its decision to return the position to Maysan.
He said al-Saadi "Today, we call for the application of the court's decision binding and fill the position by the Attorney Haider Star Sire and because it represents the views and aspirations of young people and Maysan Ahlleha has got the votes to qualify for the position.
The Federal Court decision text that the seat can not be filled from another province, and they can be who is the highest number of votes in the list and thus Mr. Haider Star Sire is deserves it, because had obtained (11758) votes, as the text of the resolution that does not have the seat COMPENSATORY subject to the quota .
