Parliamentary Legal: political differences to prevent a vote on the Federal Court Act

Legal Committee ruled in the House of Representatives, on Thursday, the vote on the Federal Court Act of Parliament in the coming sessions due to some problems and differences that prevent it.
Said committee member Ibtisam al-Hilali told / information /, that "there is a range of obstacles and problems that permeate the Federal Court Act on the formation of the court and the participants of the judiciary and the scholars and Islamic scholars legal and powers and how to organize and choose to vote in the court."
She added that "the new law of the Federal Court in which a clause stipulating to increase the number of Muslim Jurists to four scholars."
Hilali and indicated that "this paragraph led to problems when some political blocs who believe that the presence of scholars in the Federal Court will turn to the legitimacy of the court"
