Baghdad paid half a billion for the Kurdistan region

Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Thursday, that the Kurdistan region of Iraq from Baghdad received $ 455 million from the budget dues for the month of March, including proves the central government's commitment to respect the agreement of the Kurdish oil policies.
Severed Baghdad budget payments in January 2014 because of the semi-autonomous region plans to export oil through Turkey, but resumed again in December after the Kurds had agreed to export 550 thousand barrels per day on average from the port of Ceyhan via the government in 2015 Oil Marketing Company "Sumo" Iraq.
The agreement aims to help Iraq to increase its exports of oil, at a time when revenues have been adversely affected by the decline in world oil prices and the costs of the fight against militants state regulation.
