Speaker: Iraq will not be an arena for settling accounts between regional states

The head of the House of Representatives, Dr. Salim al-Jubouri, said on Sunday that Iraq will not be an arena for settling the accounts of the regional countries, stressing that Iraq's interest should be submitted on the other.
