Iraqi Oil Minister: resolving the crisis between Baghdad and Erbil, a key factor for the adoption of the budget

Said Iraqi Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, Sunday, that resolving the crisis between the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government is the main factor for the adoption of the budget for fiscal year 2015.
According to an article published on the newspaper justice for Iraqi Oil Minister: "We still have a lot of shortcomings that can refer to them .. There is no doubt that there is a legacy of negative must be addressed .. but in return there are positive legacy must take advantage of, and positive achievements should be assessed and mentioned".
Adel Abdul-Mahdi and touched in his article to Baghdad and Erbil agreement, saying: "To solve the complex crisis between the province and the federal government, which was a key factor for the adoption of the budget, and bring life to the Kirkuk fields, and increase output and national exports, and contribute to building a much-needed national unity in the fight against Daash circumstances? and what has been accumulated to pay dues to companies which are estimated at more than $ 25 billion for 2015? continuous expansion of energy inventories, transportation, loading, which was and is still costing us huge losses?
