Saadi: Circle recording companies crashes securities Tools

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) - Chairman of the Securities Commission Abdul-Razzaq al-Saadi said that recording companies intransigent Department refuses to develop the work of the corporate sector in Iraq, and caused disable securities tools.
He said al-Saadi's ( IMN ), that "the existing Companies Act road and back to previous eras, and in line with the trading orientation of the transition to the private sector."
He continued that "the new law prepared by international experts, but it's still hang in the Council of State."
The proposed Securities Commission earlier, granting special privileges, for companies shifting from the private sector to contribute to the stock market, joint-stock companies reviving the Iraqi economy.
