"
The statement added: "The meeting also discussed ways of activating the movement of cash to secure sufficient cash to fulfill the obligations contained in the state budget for the year 2015".
"The meeting also discussed the issue of salaries of employees of the State in the provinces of Anbar, Salahuddin and Nineveh, was emphasized to ensure the delivery of salaries in the light of the audit procedures adopted by the Ministry of Finance to be completed in advance of the destination" .
