Parliamentary Legal: Adoption of the Federal Court Act requires a consensus between the blocs

Parliamentary Legal Committee member Amin Bakr, on Tuesday, that the approval of the Federal Court Act needs to be political consensus between the parliamentary blocs to a vote in the House of Representatives, pointing out that needs to be passed by a vote of two thirds of parliament.
He explained Baker's "Eye Iraq News" that "the project of the Federal Court Act is not a simple project because he needed to vote two-thirds of the members of Parliament and the approval of the political blocs to drafting and approval," he said, adding that he "did not contain significant differences, but it is not a solution to the final drafting."
He added that "the most divisive paragraphs that revolves around the approval regarding the number of members of the jurists and scholars of the law in court."
It is noted that the Parliamentary Legal Committee revealed that the project in its current form the Federal Court Act gave authority to the Federal Court is greater than the judiciary, arguing that it violates the Constitution.
