Sunday's deliberative fourth meeting of the private transfer of powers to the provinces
{Baghdad: Euphrates News} holds ten o'clock on Sunday morning in Baghdad Hall of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and under the patronage of the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs, governors and deputy ministers will hold a special conference on the transfer of powers to the provinces.
The Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Ahmed al-Jubouri, had confirmed a few days ago to proceed with work to transfer powers to local governments, and pointed to work on reducing the ministries of Finance to eliminate excessive liquidity.
Jubouri said during a news conference in the third deliberative meeting of the transfer of powers in Baghdad that "the ministries made positive amendments; to be accessed to serve the provincial level," he said, "We need laws; for the purpose of this step is to walk the right direction."
He pointed out that "the law of the transfer of powers to serve the citizens, and he will hold new amendments to the law," referring to "the lack of a time limit determines the law."
