The Oil Ministry announced held on Saturday in Dhi Qar deliberative meeting with the governors to discuss the transfer of powers file.
According to a statement of the ministry and agency of our economy news it received a copy of it on that "the presence of Oil Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, the complexity of the Oil Ministry deliberative meeting of the governors to discuss mutual between local governments and the federal government in the oil and gas management powers on Saturday 10/31/2015 in Garraf oil field Thi Qar ".
