Committee on Economics: salaries of State employees by smart card reveal imaginary, space

Twilight news described the Parliamentary Commission on the economy and investment, on Saturday, a step the Rafidain Bank to adopt smart card distribution of salaries of State employees good and useful.
Najiba, said Committee member Najib told him the Rafidain "the decision to have the smart card in the disbursement of salaries of staff in the ministries and State institutions should reveal the names of Phantom and astronauts and particularly their security."
The presence of the staff member to the Bank will reveal numerous cases of financial and administrative corruption, explaining that the transfer of funds in the country still traditionally must therefore work to promote smart card to keep up with international developments in this area.
