Legal representative: political component calls for an increase of the Vice President of the Federal Court

Parliamentary Legal Committee, unveiled Sunday, providing one of the political components unnamed, a request to increase the Vice President of the Federal Court to two instead of one, while expressing fears that the court split along sectarian and partisan basis. The committee member said Amin Bakr told / information /, said that "one of the political components demanding an increase Vice-Presidents of the Court to two instead of one to give it to a specific component," expressing "his concern for the future of the court to make the choice of chairman and his deputies on a sectarian and partisan basis."
He added that "the Federal Court of separation and make it an independent body for the elimination of constitutional violation," stressing that "the current draft of the Federal Court Act agreed to by all parties, with some notes," asserting that "the House of Representatives is determined to pass the law during this legislative session."
