wachar al-Maliki in the book to just have the right to act in matters relating to the adoption of two characters Baketlten, namely the head of the state law, Ali al-Adeeb, which authorized the management of all things related to the parliament, and Khalaf Abdul Samad behind the head of the Dawa bloc authorized to act in matters relating thereto.
