Qaúmmqamih decided to spend Muqdadiyah in the province of Diyala , Wednesday, turn off the smart card exchange for displaced persons within the judiciary for 48 hours, attributed the reason to the limited transmittance distribution and slowing down the work.
Said Mayor eliminate Zaid Ibrahim in an interview with Alsumaria News , "The administration and the Board of Muqdadiya district decided to stop smart card exchange for displaced people for 48 hours, in protest against the transmittance limited distribution."
Ibrahim added that "the granting of the card terminal in the judiciary contained on a single computer to exchange the card for the displaced, where he performed from 15-20 the identity of the day, while the total displaced families of more than 12 000 families," adding that "it means that the issuance of the card to all displaced people will need to several months to complete them and this is detrimental to the interests of the displaced. "
He Mayor eliminate that "the judiciary in dire need of four stations at the very least in order to complete the card exchange process as soon as possible for the displaced to receive the material rights approved by the central government."
The Diyala province, began a few weeks before the smart card regardless of displaced persons to receive the financial grants approved by the central government.
