Parliament: health institutions and civil law provides loans to investors

To the Committee on Environment and Health parliamentary confirmed that the civil law of health institutions will provide substantial financial loans to local investors in the health sector, noting that the law includes 19 articles and will work on the development of the health situation in the country.
Said committee member Manal Wahhab (time) yesterday that (the purpose of the passing of the bill is to provide a chance for those who have the desire to create an efficient health institutions that provide quality health services to citizens). She added that the (law allows the Ministry of Health in half of these institutions to be in Baghdad, 50 percent rate in the provinces 70 percent in addition to developing mechanism for the management of these institutions operating in the Angels).
She explained that Wahhab (many institutions need this law as will protect the relationship between medical personnel and patients according to specific controls). She said (the law includes 19 articles and that he will work on the development of the health situation in the country, in addition to providing better services to citizens).
The committee member said Abdul Hadi al-Saadawi said in a statement yesterday that the (civil health institutions law allowed the government to banks to grant financial loans to local investors in the health sector of up to 30 percent of the total cost of the project port inside the capital, while raising the loan ceiling to other governorates of up to 70 percent) .
