Parliamentary accountability: Baath has tens of millions of dollars in overseas fictitious names

Khandan -ali Nagy announced for Justice and Accountability Commission representative, the possession of Saddam Hussein's Baath Party, tens of millions of dollars out of Iraq fictitious names, while considered that the adoption of seizure and confiscation of movable and immovable property of the former regime Act, will restore the money. A member of the committee MP Yasser al-Husseini said in a statement for "Khandan" "There is money to the dissolved Baath Party booked in overseas countries, including France, and also with the Baath money fictitious names," adding that "this money can not be counted, but estimated at tens of millions of dollars, which the names back to the relatives of the families of the former regime."Husseini said that "the money is the money of the Iraqi people, not the Baath party dissolved because he smuggled before the fall of the regime," asserting that "legislation seizure and confiscation of the money the former regime Act, will return the money to the people."
