"The Accountability Commission believes that the survival of the two laws together a violation of the constitution, as the accountability and justice of the transitional law which will expire over time, while the prohibition of the Baath Party of laws enshrined in the Constitution a permanent, so it needs a law prescribed alone," noting "this is what we are working on and will reach a solution soon, the subject of the separation of these laws. "
He said al-Suhail said "the Commission is now accountability, justice and the law ban the Baath Party bills, and the law of confiscation of movable and immovable property of the elements of the former regime," he said. "All these laws I read the first reading in the House of Representatives and the Committee studied for transmission to the second reading."
