The Oil Ministry announced that March exports rose to 2.98 million barrels per day

Iraqi Oil Ministry confirmed the rise in oil exports in the month of March to 2.98 million barrels per day, compared to the export of 2.29 million barrels per day in February.
He said ministry spokesman Assem Jihad, in a press statement that "the total amount of oil exported in March amounted to (92.4) million barrels, while total revenue generated (4.477) billion dollars."
Jihad also said that "the volume of oil exports and revenue generated in March rose is the first during the first months of the current year."
He went on saying that "the volume of oil exports from southern ports in Basra was (84.1) million barrels revenues amounted to (4.060) billion dollars, while exports amounted to Kirkuk (8.3) million barrels revenues (417) million dollars."
He pointed out that the "daily exports of crude oil averaged (2.980) million barrels, while the average selling price was (48.452) per barrel dollar," explaining that "the amounts above have been downloaded by the international oil companies that carry different nationalities from the ports of Basra and Khor al-Amaya and buoys monounsaturated the Arabian Gulf and the Turkish port of Ceyhan. "
And Jihad said that "the ministry has made extraordinary efforts to increase its exports of crude oil as compensation for the days of disabled tanker loading due to bad weather from the southern ports."
