Hakim: tens of billions spent on security devices found to be infiltrated

The chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim , said Friday that tens of billions spent on the army and security services turned out to be "infiltrated", stressing the need for the people to know the facts, whatever the time and painful.
Hakim said in a speech, today, during a memorial service hosted by the Islamic Supreme Council in 14 provinces on the occasion of the departure of its leader, former Mohammed Baqir al-Hakim and I followed Alsumaria News , said that "tens of billions spent on the army and security services turned out to be infiltrated and is capable of confrontation in critical moments," He pointed out that "we do not find clear explanations to spend hundreds of millions of dollars over the past years."
Hakim added that "the people that know the facts, whatever the time painful," adding that "it is our duty and legitimate moral and national requires us whatever difficult circumstances to address."
