Parliamentary Legal Committee announced on Saturday, the arrival of a bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies to two terms in a row, to the House of Representatives.
Said committee member Hamdiya Husseini said in an interview for the Sumerian News, "It came to the House of Representatives a bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies to two terms in a row, the sender of the Presidency of the Republic."
Husseini added that "The bill includes a fill positions twice, it can not be the job for the third time, whether straight or had consecutive", explained by saying "approval means that served as prime minister by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki , or anyone these positions consecutive twice. "
Husseini stated that "the law is now subject to a study by the Parliamentary Legal Committee, and will be sent to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, for the purpose of adoption."
The Liberal bloc announced, in (January 22, 2015) for submitting a request to the Presidency to prepare a draft law to determine the three presidencies to two terms, pointing out that the application site of the 88 deputies from different political blocs.
