Hamza's (IMN), that "the province began to withdraw its license 27 Mtlkia projects, in varying proportions achievement, the lack of commitment to implementing duration prescribed for corporate projects," pointing out that "the austerity measures taking place in the federal government was the reason for the stop a lot of projects."
He said, "There are two important in Rumaitha spend north of Muthanna stopped due to lack of financial allocations for the province, namely the treatment plant project and the sewage network Rumaitha, as well as stop EXA 40 km of rural roads for the same reason."
The House of Representatives approved the allocation of 250 billion dinars in the draft federal budget for 2015 to the provinces of Babil, Muthanna, Diwaniyah, Karbala and Diyala law, by $ 50 billion for each of the province of private investment projects
