The governor of Diwaniyah civil Ammar that "the doors to maintain an open investment companies and the Arab world and in all sectors, and contribute to the development of economic and service reality of the province."

He added that "the local government in Diwaniya has taken upon itself the attention to the investment, and to overcome obstacles and provide facilities for companies investing that the province plans to rely on investment. "
