Environment refer the number of sectors to invest to support its budget

It referred the Ministry of Environment, a number of sectors to invest, in order to support the shadow of its budget austerity measures and reduce costs.
She said a member of the Committee on Economy and Investment parliamentary Najiba Najib, told all of Iraq [where],
"The committee discussed at its meeting yesterday with the Minister of Environment Qutaiba al-Jubouri, the sectors in the ministry to invest, and has the assignment of a number of related to the issue of waste sectors, water pollution, and soil, to investment and foreign companies, so as to be providing services to citizens on the one hand, and to generate funds to the ministry on the other hand. "
She added that "Iraq is suffering a crisis of significant pollution, as the environment is contaminated, air polluted, and the water is contaminated," pointing to "increase the incidence of cancer diseases as a result of pollution."
Najib explained that "the Commission confirmed on the field of investment, as the Ministry's budget is not enough to provide services to the citizens so was resorted to."
It is said that Iraq is experiencing economic hardship, in light of the drop in oil prices, which reflected negatively on the federal budget for 2015 and led to the deficit by 25%, while economists called for the need to stimulate the private sector and activating investment to increase imports and reduce Alanvaq.anthy 2
