"The Committee does not want to make decisions on behalf of Iraqis or rule their country, for that sees related to them certainly."
The Act, approved Thursday in the armed services Committee of US House of representatives on the allocation of $ 715 million in the budget for the Department of Defense to support Iraqi forces facing the Organization in the country, and allocating 25 per cent of such assistance to tribal forces and Peshmerga forces.
